On learning about people

I've been writing things and realizing I don't need to send them - at least, not yet. Maybe later, with more understanding, and when we're in the right space for a conversation. In the meantime: the realization that I don't need other people to change, and there are ways I can adapt without overextending or losing sight of myself. I can work on understanding and being clear about reasons and my chosen responses. my Other people may change, or they might stay the same. again, have the freedom to choose my response. ☆☆ a dance without leading; all improv.
